How we handle your personal information, in line with POPIA.
Information we collect
We collect the details you provide when requesting a quotation, placing an order, applying for a position or contacting us: name, company, email, phone number, province, project details and any documents you upload.
How we use your information
Your information is used to price and fulfil quotations and orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, assess job applications and, where you have opted in, send product updates.
Legal basis (POPIA)
We process personal information in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013, on the basis of contract performance, legitimate interest or your consent.
Sharing
We share limited information with freight partners for delivery and with suppliers where an item is drop-shipped. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Retention
Quotation and order records are kept for the period required by South African tax and company law. CVs are retained for 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Security
Access to customer data is restricted to authorised staff. Documents uploaded through the site are stored securely and used only for the purpose submitted.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, and object to direct marketing at any time.
Cookies
The site uses essential cookies and local storage to remember your cart and saved products. No advertising trackers are used.
